1) Operations & Media Coordinator role

(part-time or full-time)

A dedicated and passionate team member who will ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of operational, HR , media and customer service needs of the business. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in managing and developing others, and accountability for supporting business objectives, goals and daily operational and administrative needs. This position will involve reviewing and documenting projects and initiatives, and analysing and suggesting improvements to practices and processes to support business needs. You may also be involved in writing and implementing procedural documents, training and educational guides, and upholding the presentation of the space, as well as 'running the show' as needed. 


The coordinator will have a methodical yet creative and community oriented mindset, and will support the growth of the FND business and community. You will achieve this through measuring and maintaining levels of productivity, effectiveness, customer service, operational performance and employee satisfaction. Your meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills will enable you to work effectively across multiple tasks or projects at once. You will work closely with the team and report directly and regularly to the FilmNeverDie CEO, Gary Wong, and help to ensure all his hopes and dreams for the business come true.
