Fujifilm's Provia 100F is part of their legendary series of colour reversal/slide film. It is a very fine grain, daylight balanced film which offers vivid colours that are not overly saturated unlike its Velvia cousin. In daylight, it provides accurate colour representation, and reciprocity failure only occurs after several minutes of exposure, making the film well-suited to long exposures. Given its well-balanced colours and contrast, Provia is well suited for a wide variety of uses from landscape photography to portraiture. As with most slide film, however, it does have a much narrower exposure latitude than typical C-41 films.
