First please locate the email that we sent with your tracking number and track it with the appropriate website.
if you can't find it
Please let us know ASAP, and we'll try and follow up the situation. It can be a couple of problems:
-Local Post Office is holding it
-Address is incorrect that was given to us
-Is in transit back to us as a return
If you're parcel is taking longer than usual, we'll do our best to follow it up. We can usually offer a refund or a replacement.
