Need to Pick Up Negatives?
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we understand that some customers who have negatives to collect from our store are currently unable to pick them up at this time.
We just wanted to let you know that, upon request, we will be holding onto your negatives for an extra month or so. If you would like for us to hold onto your negatives for a little bit longer, please make sure to let us know via our email: email@example.com.
Alternatively, if you would like us to post your negatives back to your address for a flat rate of $8.50, please let us know. Also, please note that if you were looking to buy more film at the same time, we can ship up to 10 rolls of film alongside your negatives with no additional shipping charges beyond the $8.50.
