We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday if these days does not fall on a public holiday .

We use Australia Post and other courier companies depending on the item and yes you can request the courier of your choice if your order is more than $500.

For same day shipping, we can either Uber Delivery , or you can order Uber Delivery / or you choice of courier. Very important to make sure you call us on 03-8899 7586 before 1pm and make sure you can get hold of someone on the phone so we can help organize this. 

Buyers normally pay for shipping but we do offer free shipping if you spend above a certain amount, buyers normally pay for return shipping too for warranty or exchange claims.
