RETURNS
All products at FilmNeverDie comes with a 90-days return policy* and a 6 months warranty.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, along with the original packaging. You will also be required to provide the receipt or proof of purchase that states your order number.

Returns can be done in-store or through post.

To return via post, please mail your product and the proof of purchase to FilmNeverDie Ground Level, 640 Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved, your refund will be processed and issued in the same form of tender as your original method of payment within 30 days.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES
Customers are entitled for an exchange within 90 days from purchase and will have to pay for any price difference or receive a partial refund.
