• Employees of FilmNeverDie and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• No purchase necessary unless stated otherwise.

3. How to Enter

4. Giveaway Period & Draw

• The giveaway opens and closes on the dates stated in the promotional post.

• The Promoter reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or extend the draw if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

• The winner will be selected at random unless otherwise stated.

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified via Instagram DM, email, or other stated method.

• If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

6. Prize Details & Substitutions

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product or experience of equal or greater value, at its discretion.

7. Classes, Workshops & Masterclasses
If the prize includes a class, workshop, or masterclass:

• Dates, locations, instructors, and formats are subject to change.

• If a scheduled class or masterclass cannot proceed, the winner must select an alternative FilmNeverDie class or masterclass on a different date and/or in a different city, subject to availability.

• Travel, flights, accommodation, visas, insurance, meals, and personal expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

• The prize must be used by the winner and cannot be transferred to another person.

8. Prize Use & Expiry

• Prizes must be redeemed within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.

• Failure to redeem within this timeframe may result in forfeiture.

9. Content & Promotion
By accepting the prize, winners agree that FilmNeverDie may use their name, image, and/or submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FilmNeverDie is not responsible for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize

• Technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control
